You will be welcomed with a hot glass of masala chai and a snack. Ashia will then start with a little background about herself and her journey . She will demo some gorgeous curries and a rice dish.. all from her debut cookbook : My Indian Kitchen. There will be a selection of meat and vegetarian curries, you will then do a hands on roti making session.

This is an interactive part of the class, so prepare to get your hands floury and have lots of fun!. You will then sit down and enjoy a gorgeous feast, followed by a lovely dessert ( that will have been prepared earlier)

Bring your family and friends and join Ashia , as she takes you through her simple spice base to create authentic home cooked Indian food.
